IRaybin Associates has become part of Marts & Lundy, a full-service consulting firm with an international client base. Marts & Lundy has been a leader in promoting successful philanthropic programs since 1926—working with thousands of clients in the United States, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia.

The two firms have worked together “very successfully” in the past and had discussed a merger for a number of years, said Raybin. “We’re of like minds, with similar values,” she said. “There’s a whole comfort level of working together.”

The shared values include “an unwavering commitment to the ethical practices of consulting and fundraising and a commitment to helping the client become a stronger organization through the work we do with them,” said Hawkins.

“As a company, we believe that the opportunity to have more colleagues and be part of a truly national firm and to be able to expand our services to our New York-based clients all make this an ideal situation,” said Raybin.

“They wanted to be part of a larger firm. We wanted to have more access to their good, strategic thinking and their strong brand and reputation in New York City. So, it was just a good, easy decision for us to come to,” said Don Fellows, president and CEO of Marts & Lundy.

Nancy Raybin and Kim Hawkins have joined Marts & Lundy as senior consultants and principals, and will continue to operate out of their New York City offices on Lexington Avenue.
